Indofood builds sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships with local potato, chili, cassava, shallot and coconut sugar farmers to secure the supply of raw materials for production. We also provide training on modern agricultural techniques and Good Agricultural Practices to improve the quality, quantity and productivity of our partners’ crops.

In 2020, we have started to develop chipping potato seedlings in the Humbang Hasundutan regency, supported horticultural development activities, and participated in the development of a Food Estate program in North Sumatra. The latter is a government program aimed at improving selfsufficiency in food supplies and the welfare of community farmers.
