Food safety has always been our top priority. Indofood’s commitment to food safety is non-negotiable and is guided by our Policy or Quality Pledge to deliver high quality products to its customers. We control food safety throughout the entire product lifecycle and all business operations in accordance with our Integrated Total Quality Management Program and Good Manufacturing Practices (“GMP”). This includes the adoption of various international standards on quality through ISO 9001, food safety management systems through Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), ISO 22000, Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000 and AIB International Standard, as well as laboratory competence through ISO 17025. Each of our divisions adopts the system that is relevant to their business. To ensure and support full compliance with food regulations across the Group, Indofood has set up the Food Regulatory Network and Sharing Session to provide timely updates on food regulations and to create a platform for members to discuss and share best practices on food safety and quality.
