Upholding Human Rights and Decent Labor Practices

Indofood is committed to treating all employees equally and implementing labor practices aligned with regulations in Indonesia and the nine Fundamental Conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO), as ratified by the Indonesian Government. This commitment is reflected in our Company Regulations and Collective Labor Agreements (CLA).

The Company Regulations and CLA are validated by the Local Government, the Office of Manpower, and/or the Ministry of Manpower. The Company Regulations and CLA covers key aspects of employment such as occupational health and safety, social and healthcare security.

Together, the tripartite framework comprising our Code of Conduct, Company Regulations and CLA integrate human rights issues into the implementation of our business operations to cover:

• Collective labor agreements
• Grievance mechanisms related to employment
• Prohibition of child and forced labor practices
• Equal opportunities
