• Partnership offers with Indofood, which includes offers of sales, marketing, and distribution partnership involving Indofood products, promoted through a Facebook account under the name Kemitraan Indofood Official. 
• Fraudulent offers of MSME Packages by selling Indofood products with prices as shown in the promotion pictures below, advertised through an unofficial Indofood WhatsApp number via a business account.        

Indofood wishes to clarify the following:

1. The offers stated above are not part of any programs organized by Indofood.
2. The Facebook account and WhatsApp business account referenced in these fraudulent offers are NOT official Indofood channels. Indofood disclaims any responsibility for any losses resulting from fraudulent transactions conducted by unauthorized parties.
3. There are currently no partnership programs or MSME packages being offered by Indofood involving the sale of its products in large quantities at the prices shown in these fraudulent offers.
