Mr. Notariza Taher, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed by the BOC as a member of the Audit Committee as stated in the resolution of the BOC dated 16 December 2024. He is serving his first period in the current Audit Committee term, and is concurrently an Independent Commissioner (2013-present), Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration (2019-present), and a member of the Audit Committee (2019-present) of PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk. Currently, he also serves as Senior Advisor of Probus Advisory Pte Ltd (2005-present).
He started his career in 1993 as Advisor to the Board of Director of PT Gobel International Corpora. He held several positions in PT Trimegah Securities Tbk since 1994 as Manager in Underwriting Departement (1994-1995), Head of Strategic Advisory Department (1995-1998), and Director of Investment Banking (1999-2005).
Mr. Notariza Taher obtained a bachelor’s degree of Financial Management from University of Indonesia in 1994.
