Mr. Susanto, 53, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed by the BOC as member of the Audit Committee as stated in the Decision Letter of the BOC dated 11 June 2015. He is serving his second term in the Audit Committee, and is concurrently a member of the Audit Committee at ICBP and Lonsum (2013-present), and an Independent Director at IndoAgri (2007-present). He was previously an Independent Commissioner and member of the Audit Committee at SIMP (2010-2013). Prior to joining Indofood, Mr. Susanto has served as Director at ING Indonesia Bank (1996-2005), Head of Corporate Marketing at BNP Lippo
Utama Leasing (1993-1996), and Corporate Relationship Manager at Standard Chartered Bank in Jakarta and Singapore (1990-1993).
Mr. Susanto obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree in 1987 and a Master of Commerce degree in 1989 from the University of New South Wales in Australia.
